Fast stats preview

My-IP-Is stats are loading in light mode.

The full dashboard is still available, but the default route now keeps the recent-changes rule visible and shows the latest shipped note, source note, and live build together without deep mode.

What changed
The lightweight route now shows the recent-changes rule plus the latest shipped note, source note, and live build on the page itself instead of hiding the proof behind deep mode.
Why it matters
Operators can confirm the newest shipped item immediately, which makes live verification quicker and less ambiguous.
Deep mode
Use /stats/?deep=1 or /stats/?stats_deep=1 to load the full dashboard and live probes.
